EVALUATION NOTICE

EXYNIX Product Evaluation Terms

These terms apply to validation previews and evaluation access made available by Exynix.

• Access is provided only to evaluate product fit, usability and technical workflows.
• Evaluation access is limited, personal and provided without payment or a commercial commitment.
• No service-level commitment, support response time or production-availability guarantee applies.
• Evaluation features may be incomplete and may change without notice.
• Exynix may suspend or withdraw evaluation access when reasonably necessary.
• Use non-confidential test data unless Exynix explicitly approves another data-handling arrangement.
• Do not redistribute access or reverse engineer the product, except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
• Exynix and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the products and evaluation materials.
• Exynix may use submitted feedback to analyze and improve its products without granting rights in the product.
• Time-limited evaluation access expires automatically and does not renew by itself.
• Evaluation access does not promise a commercial launch, future availability or pricing.

Personal data submitted for evaluation is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
